My business has been using square loyalty for nearly 1 1/2 years and we find that it is not the greatest, customers are missing loyalty points being added etc., I am looking for recommendations to an alternative loyalty app that will integrate with square.

Can you please share your experiences and advice? I am in Australia

Hey, mate! I'm so sorry to hear your experience with Square Loyalty hasn't been the smoothest so far.

I understand your frustration but after having tried a number of systems over the years--punch cards, literally just a memory for names and faces and orders, to name two--I'm still drawn to Square, despite its limitations.

Can you tell me a bit more about how you:

1. Discover customers are missing out on points; and

2. Manage the customer profiles within Dashboard?
