Allocating different commission rates to staff

Hi I am wondering if it's possible to assign different commission rates to staff for hours worked. And if the commission allocated to particular staff members is then automatically checked for alignment with the calendar and then debited into their nominated bank account. Or is there a way that a contractor can invoice the business for services rendered and if so would this somehow be recorded against their profile? Hope that makes sense.

Right now, you can create a flat rate per team member or a tier-based commission rate change based on team member sales. Commission based on hours worked isn't available at the moment, but you could submit this as a feature request here.
