I (Dec. 2022) have major business issue needs & support. Unfortunately my business cannot support Squareup anymore. Is there any other organisation who provide similar to Squareup.....that have human support?

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.

I am in the same boat, Support is extremely poor. I am looking at returning our equipment for a refund and going elsewhere as well as reporting these guys to the ACCC and ATO, They are too big and don't care. When you customer support is worse than Telstra's you have a problem.

Cant see your post. I would like to make a complaint about this.

Today all of the taxes have been removed from our items and I have had to reinstate them.

Square has major issues and I am over it.
