Chat support not working?

I can't access the chat help feature:

RECOMMENDED

Message Us

Estimated wait: <5 minutes

when i click on this nothing happens

i tried the assistant and that directs me back to the same page

any ideas?

I'm logged in.

But every time I change pages or try to reply to comments on here it asks me to sign in again!

Hmmm, are you using an incognito browser window by any chance @AGeckoCan? We also recommend using a supported web browser such as Google Chrome. Please let us know how you go!

@Arie I guess I'll have to wait until Monday? No messages or phone support until then from what I can see
