Unpublish old Weebly Website - Unaware of email account for creation.

PrivacyValued12 — Sun, 21 Sep 2025 09:36:42 GMT

Please can someone help me?

I have an old Weebly Website, for which I do not have email account access. It has been a long time.

The website is : https://minhtuannguyenhuy.weebly.com/

Relevant details include:

Created in 2013/2014. Modified over the course of probably 1-2 weeks. Hasn't been touched since (8 years). Created in Gold Coast, Australia. No payments made.

I feel like I have been strung along by the email services, and am getting asked the same questions again and again with no resolution.

I will re-iterate, this account hasn't been touched in almost a decade. Clearly it has no purpose.

Could someone please please please help me delete it?

It is clear this has been done for many others: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Weebly-Getting-Started/Need-to-delete-a-website-but-can-t-access-account/td-p/479738

Many thanks

Hey there, @PrivacyValued12, thanks for taking the time to reach out to us on here the Seller Community platform. 👋

Sorry to hear about the experience you had over email! I've gone ahead and unpublished your Weebly site (https://minhtuannguyenhuy.weebly.com/) so it will no longer be visible online.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
