Hi, I would like to re-ask the question - "Can I merge two or more Accounts on Square"

The last thread / update I can find on the topic is the following:

I have inherited 20+ Square Accounts as part of an acquisition / business roll-up strategy. Each account has 1 location. I would like to consolidate these 20 Square Accounts into 1 account, and create 20+ Locations.

Does anyone have an update as of Jan 2024.

As of 2024, we are unable to merge two Square accounts or transfer transaction histories between them. This includes transferring funds directly from one account to another, commingling funds, and sharing a balance. However, you can deposit funds from multiple Square accounts into the same bank account. Learn more about managing your bank account with Square.

You can also host and operate multiple business locations from one Square account with the multiple-location management feature.
