      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I send an invoice via SMS - it sends it from a Square generated mobile phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to make it so that the invoice gets sent from my actual mobile number - so if clients reply to the invoice SMS - their SMS will come back to my phone kind of thing ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tia - very new to Square invoices but holy hell what a powerful tool - the customisation is what I've been looking for and way more powerful than any other program I've used &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Our Product Team did confirm that the phone number Square uses to communicate with your customers &lt;EM&gt;is not&lt;/EM&gt; customizable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, Square integrates with &lt;A href="https://notifycustomers.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Notify Customers&lt;/A&gt;, so you can send order confirmations and mass text messages. Notify Customers allows you to sync orders seamlessly with Square and easily message your customers. Additionally, you can easily capture customer information with your store-branded signup form. Check out Notify Customers and how it works with Square in their &lt;A href="https://misllc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Notify Customers Support Centre&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
