Can I down grade my subscription

Hi, currently I have opted for the lower subscription to allow PayPal payments etc, however I wanted to know did anyone know if it’s possible to downgrade from the paid subscription to the free one which obviously has less options but as things have slowed considerably since Christmas, I no longer want or can afford the monthly subscription.

is it possible to downgrade or would I have to deactivate my shop???

Hi there,

You can manage your subscription via the square dashboard under:

Account Settings/Business Information/Pricing & Subscriptions.

You should be able to opt out of the payed plan.

Obviously you will lose those payed features but other than that, it should be fine (i notice you are not using a custom domain as that would have been my biggest concern).
