Ok so I couldn't make it to the live event in Sydney but I was able to watch on the live stream. it took me over 6 hours with interruptions to watch a 3 hour event. the joys of running a busy fish and chip shop on a Friday.

Key takeouts

Google is investing heavily in AI and Google Business Profile and the information within will be key driver in getting your business to show up in AI powered searches. the more data and content we load into Google business profile the better the results will be.

Google has released a new feature, you can now link you social media accounts so you don't have to post to multiple platforms.

Google believes that Business profiles are a key marketing tool and responding to customer feedback is key to growing engagement.

Lots of other little tidbits but it seemed quite positive.

I have now linked my Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram profiles to my Google Business profile.

Let me know if you want any further detail.

Cheers,

Chris
