Unable to take payments

Hi all,

I'm new to Square and am having a very frustrating experience with it. What I thought to be simple nice and easy way to take payments, ended up in a unfriendly way and without any technical support.

Can anyone help me please? I'm not able to take any card payments at all. I'm not sure why.
