&lt;P&gt;The issues you're seeing could be one of a number of things - to properly diagnose the issue I recommend calling our support team on 1800 760 137 so we can take a better look into your operating environment. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Melbourne time.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My reader is new and not reading cards</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The reader is new, I've charged it, Plugged into my phone and my phone recognise the reader, but when I insert a card nothing happens. It doesn't seem to recognise the card in the card slot. I don't get a prompt to enter pin or sign. Help required, I need this to work for a market tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;</description>
