Well, I don't think it's difficult, but how to create a menu similr to:

Vegan Fried Rice

Vegan Fried Rice w/ tofu

Vegetable Fried Rice

Fried Rice w/ Chicken

Fried Rice w/ Beef

Fried Rice w/ Prawns

Fried Rice Chicken (extra Chicken)

And then similar for Green Curry or a Vindaloo?

Thanks for reaching out!

If you don't want to add these as individual items, what you may want to do is is use item variations and/or modifiers. So you could have one item as "Fried Rice" then have different variations - eg Vegan, Vegan w/Tofu, Vegetable, Chicken, Beef etc.

Modifiers would allow you to add or remove things, eg you could have "Extra Chicken" as a modifier or "No Egg", for example.
