&lt;P&gt;As far as I'm aware Square's POS app doesn't actually feature the ability to scan items as received - this is currently handled by making &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5228-basic-inventory-management" target="_blank"&gt;manual adjustments&lt;/A&gt; to stock levels. Can you tell me a little more about the process you use to scan items in?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can view your stock history by going to your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/library" target="_blank"&gt;inventory on dashboard&lt;/A&gt;, clicking on the item and then "View Stock History". Unfortunately there's not currently a report to view all of this though!&amp;nbsp;Square's inventory management options are quite basic at the moment, we recommend checking out &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/au/en/app-marketplace/category/items-and-inventory" target="_blank"&gt;dedicated inventory management apps&lt;/A&gt; for more features here.&lt;/P&gt;
