Store inventory hidden in POS

I don’t wish to sell all my items online so the rest of my store inventory is hidden from online sales.
But I’ve just noticed when someone purchases a non online item in my store the item no longer shows up on my POS inventory.
So I’m having to do a custom sale amount every time, what have I done wrong?

I'm wondering if you might have accidentally hidden the item from sale on both inventories?

It's a little hard for me to look into this one as I'm not able to look into how your account is set up via our community forum, but you might want to get in touch with support for more help here.
