While we do not have any mandatory settings that can help with this or automatically calculating travel time - You can block out extra time when setting up your Services.  &lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Service Library&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click on an existing service or create one and add the service details. In addition to adding the service price, you can add in cancellation fees and specify if it is available to book online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Toggle on &lt;STRONG&gt;Block Extra Time&lt;/STRONG&gt; and specify the necessary transition time between appointments and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to add a buffer between appointments to allow travel time between appointments?&amp;nbsp; This extends the discussion "&lt;SPAN&gt;Appointments: accept customer location". Ideally with the location limited we can set a fixed travel time between&amp;nbsp;appointments&amp;nbsp;(e.g. say 15 to 30 minutes, or even better calculated by Appointment itself based on the different&amp;nbsp;customer locations).&amp;nbsp; At the moment appointments can be made back-to-back.&amp;nbsp; If we could make it mandatory to include a service "travel time" (with or without a fee) that would be a possible work-around.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
