    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently had a parent from our school who was trying to make an online payment message me stating the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"I kept receiving the following error while trying to make an online payment: &lt;EM&gt;We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then she followed up with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"When I called my credit card provider this evening because my credit card was declined again they transferred me over to the fraudulent department. When I asked them why my card was declined they said it was because the place I do business with was using Square to process my order and that Square has been flagged by my credit card provider. They said they have had a lot of fraudulent transactions with Square and will not allow any company to proceed with my payment. "&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's up with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
