      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot use my square reader on my new phone and the bluetooth pairing keeps coming up with this notification... 'paired on previous phone'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I 'unpair' the device from a phone I no longer have???&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can hard reset the Square Reader which will get it to forget the previous connection. To hard reset the reader just follow the below steps.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Hold the button on the bottom of the reader for 20 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;
2. When you see 4 red lights, keep holding till they stop flashing.&lt;BR /&gt;
3. Press the button once to to the green lights flash once&lt;BR /&gt;
4. Once complete that let me know&lt;/P&gt;
