      <title>Is Square really this trashy?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen hundred upon hundreds if not thousands of comments about not being able to edit entry mistakes inside the system.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is not normal and all other systems allow this but square does not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For instance I've seen where we can't correct dates due to invoice date and actual payment misaligned.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Example of this in the service industry we may have to wait 30 to 60 days to be paid on an invoice.&amp;nbsp; This F's everything up in the accounting side for businesses.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another example is manual entries where a customer paid by check or cash and not by credit card or app.&amp;nbsp; These should be able to be edited if it wasn't paid by credit card or app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This does nothing to the user or the customer but fixes a very needful issue within the square system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another example I'm facing is I entered in a payment for a customer who paid by check.&amp;nbsp; When I entered in the payment manually it recorded correctly.&amp;nbsp; However the problem is when I was done I had another one to enter.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The system allowed me to enter in a new receipt or sale without a customer accidentally on my part but a huge fail on squares part.&amp;nbsp; It should have stopped the entry from going through if there wasn't a customer attributed to the sale.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I have a sale for $755 sitting in the square system not attributed to anyone.&amp;nbsp; There is very much a reason for us to have some editing capabilities.&amp;nbsp; And make no mistake about it I'm considering dropping all payment processors and invoicing and using my bank instead of using these worthless processors who are making a killing off our backs for a system that does nothing to help us when we face issues like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
