Can I have certain shipping for particular categories

Hi team,

We run a business sellibng live coral and fish and dry goods.

We would like to have two seperate shipping options as live goods is overnight and dry goods is standard freight.

as our flat rate of $25 is too expensive compared to competitors for dry goods. Hope someone can help.

If you go to your Square Online dashboard then Settings > Shipping you'll be able to add additional shipping options for different items!

Cant seem to find the setting for particular items.

I only have the option for

Destination Regions & Rates

I do apologise @reefgalleria,

It looks like assigning shipping rates on a per item basis is currently not available. Based on the options that are available, the best workaround I can think of would be assigning weight based rules to your items - this is admittedly clunky.

Another workaround may be to try and bake the postage costs into the overall cost of the item, or perhaps tinker with adding shipping costs for live goods as an item modifier.

I'll pass this feedback to the eCommerce team and track the request here moving forward.
