I have the first opportunity since covid this weekend since Covid started and my square is not working at all. I am trying to get in touch with support but I can seem to be getting anywhere. Can anyone help urgently please

You call our Australian support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time) or email via this form 👍

How do I find my codes I have a disputes cant get through without code

Hey @ernestleyva,

You don't actually need a code to call during business hours - you can enter it if you have it, however it is not required to get through.

To find you code though:

Sign into your Square account
Go to our contact page and select your business location (if prompted)
Go Other > I don't see my Issue > Call us to see your code

I have tried to call but I need a customer code and I don’t know how to find that!!!! I need help and cannot get any!
