Can you let me know more about where you're reading about "Square Direct Credit"? I've actually not heard this terminology being used before and we don't have any existing products under this name. Any screenshots or links would be helpful 🙂

Hey, square will sometimes transfer me a direct credit to my nominated bank account for some reason? Not sure why. I can’t read anywhere about it or what it’s for?

This isn’t the transaction that is used via square device, this is a credit on top?

Hey @Lbk1,

Do you regularly take card payments with Square? This looks like the standard sort of email we'd send once we transfer funds you've taken using Square to your nominated bank account!

Shouldn't be @Lbk1, this all looks as it should be!

If you want to check, you can view a breakdown of fund transfers from Square (and which individual payments they were made up of) via your transfer history in your online dashboard (use the date selector to search within a timeframe).

You can then match these up with transfers from Square on your online banking to check 🙂
