“ published site not found. Reason: no data” message

Hello,

I’m wondering if someone could please help.

Our website has been running smoothly for a couple of weeks but last night I played with the domain/SEO/DNS to connect our site with google searches and now the message “published site not found. Reason: no data” is appearing when you try to add items to your cart.

I’m desperate to fix this problem by either undoing the work with the SEO or if solving the SEO issue will fix the no data problem at the same time!

As a starting point, have you tried to unpublish your website then publish it again? This is a known fix for that error message, please let me know if this helps!
