    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Portcity209,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry you are having an issue however, as we have few details about your concern, you may want to start with Customer Support.&amp;nbsp; They may be able to offer better assistance or refer you to Tech Support.&amp;nbsp; The Community is not the same as Customer Support or Tech Support and per your post, I'm thinking someone needs to look at your account which can't be done here.&amp;nbsp; There's quite a bit of experience here when it comes to using Square's Apps and Hardware but, looking at account setups is beyond the capabilities here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;So without knowing if the domain is hosted by us or not, or if you are using Square Online or Weebly, it's hard to tell exactly what the issue might be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;With Weebly, we would commonly see this issue when an account had contributor access to a site but did not own the site or domain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If that is the case, and you want to acquire a new domain for a different site, you'll need to add your own site to the account before you can access the domains page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
