She sent me this message this morning:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I click on the link it sends me to a place where I can create a card but no details and asks me to put in a gift card number?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is this Gift Card Number she is talking about?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone help me please????&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Neridah&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;From the sounds of it, your customer is on a payment page to buy an item that has the option of purchasing via a gift card - as opposed to purchasing an actual gift card.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;First I want to check, are you sending the customer this link from the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/gift-cards/electronic/configure" target="_blank"&gt;eGift Card section of your online dashboard&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This should take you to a page that looks like this, there are two steps in the process and neither requires you to enter a gift card number (that's what the buyer will need to use to purchase things from you once the gift card is purchased and sent):&lt;/P&gt;
