    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ trying to verify my transaction which has been processed in April.I’m trying to do that by uploading Invoice.It is taking hours &amp;nbsp;and hours to upload a single document.But still it hasn't been uploaded very annoying.My deposits has put on hold until i verify it.Try up load it many times till today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Emailed customer service team two days back but no response till now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No customer care for Melbourne&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Online chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At last i got a contact number and it is asking for customer code but i did not find it any where in my profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who is going to take care of customers with out communication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really annoying .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
