&lt;P&gt;When you book a customer in manually from your calendar, they wouldn't be required to enter their card details to secure the booking. At this time, the ability to request this would be a feature request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As a workaround, you could&amp;nbsp;send your customer an &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/invoices/overview" target="_blank"&gt;invoice&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for their appointment, or encourage them to book via the appointments site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When a client books online they are required to enter their credit card details for our cancellation policy.&lt;BR /&gt;When I book a client in manually is there a way to send something to the client so that they can enter their credit card details for the cancellation policy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
