Square Online Shop filter shows "Manual" as a filter option under "How to get it"? What is this?

I'm building a new Square Online site. In Preview mode on the Shop page I can see three filters under "How to get it" 1. Shipping 2. Pickup 3. Manual

What is "Manual"? Can I remove this? If so, how?

Could you include a screenshot of what this looks like in the editor? I tried replicating this on my end but wasn't able to see this option.

Hey @sbwau,

It doesn't look like that picture came through successfully!

While I can't be sure without seeing the image, I believe this would refer to fulfillment methods, as you can choose whether your items are available for shipping, pick up, or delivery (or all three!). You can select how you'll fulfill orders in your Square Online Dashboard under > Fulfillment.

I've selected Shipping and Pickup. Doesn't explain why I also see "Manual"? Hopefully the image is showing now?

Thank you, I see what you mean now. I tried creating a filter on my store, but am not seeing the manual option- I'm sorry I wasn't able to replicate this! I'd love to take a look at the settings on your online store, but unfortunately we can't access accounts via this forum.

The Support team were not able to help over the phone. However, I've since published the site and this issue is resolved. So it seems it's only an issue in Preview Mode

This only appearing in Preview Mode would explain why I wasn't able to replicate in my published test site, @sbwau. I'm glad it's resolved now, and am sorry we weren't able to get to the bottom of this sooner!
