I have two profiles on one Instagram account and want to link the secondary one

Hi all!

I have a primary instagram accounts and two other instagram pages linked to that log in. I want to link one of the sub pages to my square online, but it defaults to the primary page. What can I do to link to the page I want to?

Are you able to sign in to the sub instagram account you're wanting to use on a browser, before linking the page? Anotheg thing that comes to mind here is that you might need to link a business Instagram account to your site. Are your sub accounts set up as Business Instagram accounts?

Hi Arie. I cannot get to the account on a browser, only on the App and it is a business account.

I'm suspecting the reason you're not able to connect is because it's a sub account, rather than it's own account @CitySticks. I tried connecting my own Instagram sub account, to my Square Online store and wasn't able to select it either. I'd recommend reaching out to Instagram to see if there's a way to convert the sub account into its own account.
