How do I retain items that are sold out in my inventory?

Is there a way to retain items that are sold in my inventory and have a SOLD OUT symbol put across them?

Not at the moment - the ability to manually mark items as "Sold Out" is currently only available where you're not tracking inventory for the item.

What platform are you using though? There are ways to make items unavailable for sale, if that's what you're trying to achieve. But no way to have an item display as "Sold Out" if you're tracking inventory unfortunately.
