Device identifiers

I have 5 staff using the square app on the road. The transactions all come into one account. How can I identify each square transaction for each staff member. I have two who pop up with a Device name that pops up in the report, I cannot find those device names in the online dashboard, is this coming from their phones as its not in nicknames and the others have nothing come up in the device name. How do I get all of them to have a device name, do they need to call their phones something or can i do it in the dashboard. Katherine.

Each of your team members can add a device name. Take a look at our guide here, as there's different steps depending on whether they're using Android, or iOS. To filter reports by device:

1. Log in to your Dashboard and head to Reports.

2. Click on the Filter By tab and select Device.
