Website won't display - where's the support?

Hi there, I need tech help asap and cannot get hold of SQUARE! I have created my website, and domain is with Crazy domains, when I link my square website to it it won't connect, I have the DNS settings as per the square instructions correctly, but Crazy tells me its pointing to weebly.

This is very frustrating as my site is currently not "live" and I'm ready to start taking online orders.

Can anyone help me with the issue or how on earth do I talk to a human at SQUARE?
