      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm just starting to use confirmation requests and text reminders. I keep reading that my appointments will either have a tick next to them (confirmed) or a box with no tick (unconfirmed). All of my appointments starting next week don't have a confirmation box at all, empty or not and none of them are listed as unconfirmed. Do they only get the unticked box once the confirmation texts get sent out?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm just trying to figure out how to make sure my clients are getting their messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;Jade&lt;/P&gt;</description>
