How to exit a ticket without saving or deleting.

I've just started playing with tickets and noticed that once a ticket is opened, the only way to exit is to either delete or save it.

I may want to recall a ticket to see what's on it, having to save each time means I have to be certain I haven't edited the ticket in a way I don't want to, and it changes the last edited time when the ticket wasn't edited.

Is there a way to just exit a ticket to return to the sales screen with nothing in the sale column and without changing the edited time for the ticket?

Hey @RobXG,

Hitting the save button is indeed the only way to exit the ticket from within the app, aside from completely closing and reopening the app, which I just tested on an iPhone, which worked. This is probably the best way forward if you want to exit a ticket without pressing "Save"!

I've not tried on an iPad or Android device, but this sounds like the best way to achieve what you're trying to do without updating the saved timestamp on the ticket!
