    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just had a customer order something and then stated that there was an error with his address; that he put the unit number in, but when checkout was complete, it was removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to edit it for him, but every time I tried (even with other customers), it would just revert back to what was there! (Yes, I also hit save).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only one solution worked, and I had to hit 'mark as sent' right after the address was changed and it took the change...but now it shows as sent, when it is not and I cannot find a way to undo the status...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help around this will be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
