No receipt required.

I have just switched to the terminal connected to an iPad. My my reason for switching was for speed of transaction as I do fast paced events. I did not like that the reader did not show the amount they were tapping for and lost time showing my iPad screen. Now I am slowed down by the receipt. If the customer ignores the option a new sale is not possible without me teaching over, grabbing the terminal and hitting the no receipt option. Could that feature also appear on the iPad screen. Thanks

Hi @seedstation!

You can absolutely edit whether or not the receipt screen shows up for your customers post-payment.

If on your iPad you go Settings > Checkout > Signature and receipt, you can toggle "Skip receipt screen" to the on position which will allow you to have a faster checkout. It should look something like the image below:

So the result won't show the feature on the iPad screen, but it does skip the receipt prompt completely.

For the rare customer that does want a printed receipt (and pays using card), then you can go to transactions and issue a receipt from there.
