Hi, Recently we are experiencing when an order comes in, the docket prints but the transaction didn't go through. Has any one else had this and how did they fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your orders. When did you first notice this occurring, and what is your internet connection like? We also experienced a disruption on Saturday, between 11:29 AEDT and 12:05 AEDT. Let us know if you had this issue during this time, or if it has been a frequent occurrence.
