Items and Variations - I'm so confused!

Hoping for some clarification! I am going to be offering an 8 person max yoga class. When students sign up they have the option at a 5 week or a 10 week purchase. When I add a variation, it keeps the first option (5 weeks) at 8 but the second option (10 weeks) is 0.

Is there a way to offer my students both options but still only have 8 spots to sell in total?

Sorry to hear about the confusion and trouble setting up variations! Just to clarify, were you trying to set this up in Square Appointments, or are you setting up an event to sell tickets to via Square Online? Looking forward to hearing back from you!
