&lt;P&gt;At the moment cards are not saved on file when a customer books an appointment - no show protection can allow you to charge for a no show, but won't link card details to a customer directory contact.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you'd like to save a card on file you'll need to do this manually via the customer directory, with permission from the customer to save the details on their customer profile. There are a few places you can do this - for a complete guide on saving cards on file for use with Appointments, &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6068-use-card-on-file-with-square-appointments" target="_blank"&gt;please see this support article&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
