&lt;P&gt;- Which model iPad? It should have a number on the back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- What version of iOS is installed on the iPad?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Stand not ready</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am changing from Reader to square stand. It connects and the lights flash. I have updated both IOS and POS App but it tells me I need to update POS app and then says Stand not ready.&amp;nbsp; I then deleted the app and downloaded it again but get the same problem.&amp;nbsp; I would really appreciate your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
