&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a great question, at this stage, there isn't a way to edit the item included in a previous transaction without&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6116-process-refunds" target="_blank"&gt; issuing any refund&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6350-process-a-return-or-exchange-with-square-for-retail" target="_blank"&gt;processing an exchange&lt;/A&gt; (only available via Square Retail at this time).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Without issuing a refund, the only real option here is to make a note for your own records of the correct items that were processed and then manually adjust your stock via your Item Library.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know if you have any further questions here!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
