I want to add a form in my shop to collect data from my customers. How do I do that. Most of the form templates have a submit button at the end of it and it sends the form before they have been to the shop. I need the form to be sent after payment so that all their information is correlated with what they buy.

Thanks for reaching out! At the moment Square doesn't feature post sale forms, however you might want to check out some of the 3rd party app integrations available that might help meet this need.
