How to transfer Weebly / Square Domain out

Our local non profit chapter had a simple Weebly owned domain. Our parent company is now taking over all of the chapter domains to create a simpler web setup for all their chapters.

What do I need to do to transfer the domain. I am so confused on where everything is now with the Weebly / Square merger. Have of the account links through the weebly interface dont work anymore and nothing shows under square since it was a Weebly domain.

When I go into Domains and click manage, the only thing it gives me is to connect to a site. Yet on the previous page it says connected may take 24 hours for setting to update. Been like that for weeks. This is such a pain.

To Transfer your domain you will need to disconnect it from your site. After doing that our support team will be able to help you get the information you need (transfer authorization code)
