&lt;P&gt;Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the trouble reaching out to our support team. There's currently a National Day of Mourning public holiday in Australia, which is why our phone support team is not available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In regards to your Square Reader, which device are you pairing it to e.g an iPhone, or tablet? Have you had a chance to go through &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5673-square-contactless-and-chip-card-reader-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;these troubleshooting&lt;/A&gt; steps yet? Also, give forgetting your reader from your device, and resetting your reader a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Hold the button on the bottom of the reader for 15 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When you see 4 red lights, release the button. Keep in mind the lights will flash orange first - keep holding until the lights are red.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap on the button one time to get green lights.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next, pair your reader in-app again. Please let us know how you go!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>How do I get Support ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’ve been trying all morning to get support. &amp;nbsp;I’ve called the phone support but the automated robot says enter your customer code and when I do Enter it it says that’s not a valid customer code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;just need help to connect my square reader which has dropped out since yesterday after an update. Live chat; isn’t live chat., &amp;nbsp;I sent An email which hopefully will get back in 24 hours, which seems a long time when I’ve got what should be a quick fix if I just Had someone to help me with it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;ive spent almost 2 hours on this.&lt;/P&gt;
