Square invoices: discounts per line item?

Is there a way to apply discounts to line items in invoices? I found a support thread from the US Square which said it could be applied when customising an item, however this option doesn't appear for me. I can only see an option to apply a discount to an entire invoice.

We often discount individual line items for quantity ordered. I can't set up a discount rule for this due to how our discounts are structured, it's more complex than the options Square allows, so I would need the ability to add discount per line rather than per invoice. Is this possible?

Hi @CassieC ,

I just had a try. The discounts available in the customize section of the invoice are those which are define in the items section of the dashboard:

I noticed that my variable discounts (one without a $ or % defined) are excluded so it looks like only pre-defined discounts will work.
