We're sorry to hear you're running into this issue!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've included the common reasons for customers who are unable to receive digital receipts in this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5070-send-digital-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;guide&lt;/A&gt;. Have a read-through here first as some of these may apply, however, we wouldn't expect this issue to occur for every customer making a purchase with you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With this in mind, another step we can suggest is to generate a test payment and attempt to send the receipt to yourself. What happens?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you do not receive the SMS or email receipt, use the steps from this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/5070-send-digital-receipts" target="_blank"&gt;guide&lt;/A&gt; to navigate to your checkout settings and toggle the &lt;STRONG&gt;Signature and Receipt&lt;/STRONG&gt; option on/off again in your app. Test this once more and let us know how you go.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'll keep a lookout for your reply here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
