Hi Thank you in advance for your help. I have set up some services. How do I set select dates/times for them please.

For example (I am a photographer) And want to set Xmas mini sessions on a few dates with set timeslots. How do I do this please?

Hi there, @NettiePhotos, thanks for reaching out to us with your question. I also noticed it's your first time posting in the Seller Community! We're happy to have you join us. 👋

Currently, there isn't a way to create a service that can only be booked on specific dates by your customers with Square Appointments. While you can edit your business and staff hours to change your appointment availability to achieve a similar result, this will then impact the availability of all other services offered as well.

Of course, you could manually schedule these appointments with your clients but that means you won't be able to automatically accept bookings for these mini-sessions online.

Do you currently have a Square Online full site, or are you just using the online booking site with Square Appointments? The reason I ask is that these sessions may be better set up as an event that your clients can pay for attendance in advance.
