Can more than 1 mobile download the same QR code / use the same Square Reader at different times

Hi,

Our charity organisation is new to Square and has purchased 1 square reader. We would like to use the reader at different events throughout the year, but at each event it's likely we will have a different staff member using the reader. That means each of our staff members will need to download the app and use the QR code to link to our organisation's account and bank account details.

Can this be done - multiple mobile phones downloading the app and using the same QR code on their mobiles? The square reader will only be used by any 1 person at a time, but who that person / mobile is will change depending on the location of the event.

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our community!

Multiple users can use the same reader throughout your different events. Your team would need to sign in with your login details, or a team passcode, but the organisation's bank account won't need to be linked again - this is something you'll only have to do once.
