    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/420701"&gt;@Tailwinds&lt;/a&gt;, we appreciate you reaching out to us here to check on this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, you're probably best to touch base with our Support Team directly for assistance here so they can review the payment history on your Square Account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As a general rule of thumb, all payments are instant and you will see a successful payment reflected on the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions" target="_blank"&gt;Transactions&lt;/A&gt; page either on your app or via your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/" target="_blank"&gt;online Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;. If you are not seeing a payment, it has most likely not been successfully captured.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Out of interest, did you &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/6692-get-started-with-square-checkout-links" target="_blank"&gt;create checkout links&lt;/A&gt; for each item and shared via QR code, or have you created a &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7142-set-up-self-serve-ordering-and-qr-codes-with-square-online" target="_blank"&gt;full Square Online site&lt;/A&gt; where you have set up self-serve ordering?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can get in touch with our team at 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - hoping for some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some items for sale in a local cafe which has prices and qr codes attached to each. I just received a call from the cafe to say that a customer had paid for an item via the code and showed them the payment receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I haven’t &amp;nbsp;received a notification and the payment hasn’t appeared in my square account as it normally does. Is there sometimes a delay between scanning/paying and the transaction actually going through?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am bit concerned that I’ve lost an item that wasn’t paid for correctly. It’s been about half an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
