Needs attention facebook intergration not disapearing

Hi Square family,

I have currently integrated my items from square to Facebook ( with a lot of problems but I have mostly worked them out)

but now I'm getting stuck on the following.

A lot of my items have descriptions but now they are not being shown/published and comes up with a red "NEEDS ATTENTION" and it will simply not disappear or publish the item regardless of the length of the description. I have refreshed the descriptions, logged out, logged back in tried to open this on another computer and another browser.

can anyone advise a solution or perhaps another possible angle to fix this?

Are you seeing the "needs attention" error message via Facebook, or your Square Online Dashboard?
