Re-arranging items in app

Hi all.

Surely you can simply rearrange items in categories? (on the APP not the site) It seems like there's no custom sorting feature and it HAS to be by alphabetical order... You'd think this would be a basic function to allow users to quickly see services and their relating ones in the list. Instead we have to scroll through the entire list because they can't be grouped together.

Is there a way to drag items in your list? Please tell me there is. And if not, massive points taken away in the user-friendly department. The only way I'm able to achieve this is by typing the alphabet in front of the service titles which looks ridiculous.

While items and categories will be sorted alphabetically by default, we have a Favourites tab that allows you to customise the order in which your items and services are displayed. Press and hold down any square to edit the Favourites page. Learn more about managing items in-app here.
